Caramel cookie recipe with coffee

don't you want to have a delicious cookie when you're enjoying tea and coffee?

 

For Filling
2 tablespoons milk
1 tbsp nescafe
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 Cup crushed walnuts
For the dough:
125 gr butter(room temperature))
1 cup sugar
1 cup cream
2 cups flour
1 piece vanilla
1 piece baking powder
Over:
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cream
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the ingredients required for filling.

Remove the flour and mix with baking powder.Let's open the middle and add butter,powdered sugar,cream and vanilla.

After thoroughly kneading the dough, let the pieces be the size of walnut.Put the filling material in and roll it.

Let cook for 20-25 minutes in a 180 degree heat oven.

Let's put the sugar in a fire pan.When the color turns off, turn off the stove and add the cream.A few minutes later, we dip the cookies in caramel and sprinkle the walnut on it.
