Artichoke recipe with olive oil

 

1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
6 artichokes
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt
1 teaspoon of flour
1 lemon
Half a liter of cold water
3 glasses of water
Half a bunch of dill weed
Preparation:soak the onion in olive oil until it is tender. Add the sugar, salt, flour, lemon juice and cold water. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes. When the artichokes begin to soften, add the internal beans on the artichokes and cook for 15 minutes. Add the finely chopped dill and the French onion and cook for 3-4 minutes and then remove from the oven. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
